We offer a 30-day return policy for most items.
To qualify for a return:
- Please contact us using this link with your order number. Once the order is verified, we will provide you with the return instructions
- Items must be in their original condition, unused and without any signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned must include all original packaging, such as tags, box, and pouch.
- 30 Day Return Period (Starts from the date of delivery)
- Engraved items are personalized and cannot be returned or exchanged
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Serena Sparkles holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
After the returned product goes through quality check, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your return. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email for the refund.
Refund Timeframe
The time it takes for your refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s/ financial institutions policies. Typically, refunds are reflected within 3-5 business days after being issued from our side.
Important Note:
- Refunds will only be issued to the original source of payment.
- If your card has changed, please check with your bank to ensure the refund can be processed.
- If your bank account has been closed, you will need to address this with your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Or Returnable Items

- Items marked as final sale
