Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping timeframe are estimates and do not account for weekends, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays (such as weather or high-volume during holiday seasons). Processing times for your order are also not included in these estimates. For the most accurate delivery date, please refer to the information provided at checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 USA & Canada:

·        FREE SHIPPING!!

·        All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" due to Incorrect / Incomplete address there will be a 10$ fee to cover handling and processing costs.  

International Shipping (Excluding USA & Canada):

·        Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply during the time delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

·        All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" due to Incorrect/ Incomplete address OR “UNCLAIMED” will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers. Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not be able to send a replacement / Issue a refund in such cases.

·        Serena Sparkles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once the order has been shipped containing the tracking number(s).
